Nasrin’s Voice is an intense documentary film about human trafficking, becoming independent, and the price the young Kurdish woman Nasrin has to pay for her freedom. At the same time, it is a film about survival, courage, and hope.
13-year-old Nasrin was married off to a human trafficker in Kos. She gives birth to her first child at 15. When Nasrin is 20, she lives in Finland and has three daughters. She starts to study and is emancipated.
