Un Amor is a pychological drama about a young woman and her quest for love, for herself and others
Tired of the hustle and bustle of the big city, translator Natalia decides to move to La Escapa, a small village in the middle-of-nowhere. The house she rents turns out to be a real ruin; only black goo comes out of the tap, the roof leaks on all sides. Her boorish landlord Casero clearly has no intention of doing anything about the house, while the other villagers do not exactly welcome her either. Her elderly neighbour Andreas, nicknamed the German, offers to fix her roof in exchange for sexual services. Natalia accepts the proposal and this marks the beginning of a stormy relationship, which, however, begins to show increasingly obsessive traits.
