Met hulp van Eva, een jonge Frans-Afghaanse hulpverleenster, waagt hij zich aan gevaarlijke onderhandelingen met de Taliban. Wat volgt is een zenuwslopende race tegen de klok.

Commander Mohamed Bida faces an almost impossible mission: to evacuate 500 people within thirteen days and thirteen nights, without military support. With the help of Eva, a young French-Afghan aid worker, he ventures into dangerous negotiations with the Taliban. What follows is a nerve-racking race against time.
