Na een pijnlijke scheiding begint Clémence aan een reis van zelfontdekking. Als ze met haar ex-man deelt dat ze liefdesrelaties met vrouwen heeft, dient hij als reactie een verzoek in om haar het ouderlijk gezag over hun zoon te ontnemen. Het blijkt het begin van een jarenlange strijd te zijn, waarbij Clémence haar recht als moeder en als vrouw – vrij om haar eigen keuzes te maken – moet verdedigen.

Following a painful divorce, Clémence embarks on a journey of self-discovery. When she shares with her ex-husband that she is in romantic relationships with women, he responds by filing a petition to strip her of parental custody of their son. This proves to be the beginning of a years-long struggle, in which Clémence must defend her rights both as a mother and as a woman—free to make her own choices.
